三 | ”说起多宝鱼的养殖技术他驾轻就熟。         　　王思远经营的多宝鱼大棚，长120米，宽30米，每一个大棚内有50个小池子，每一个小池子长、宽均7米，能养殖1500条至2500条多宝鱼。“大棚附近有深眼井，井水的盐度比淡水高，比海水低。一天换两遍水，必须适合多宝鱼的生长环境，有利于其成长。

四 | ”          　　每年4月和6月，王思远与工人往小池子里投放两次多宝鱼鱼苗。在喂养期间，由于多宝鱼较“娇气”，他们小心呵护，冬天水温保持在12度左右，夏天18度左右。给多宝鱼喂的食物都是野生的小鲜鱼，一天喂两遍。

五 | 同时，根据大棚内的需要，还科学地对棚内进行消毒，保证多宝鱼肠胃清洁的同时，也让其生长环境符合要求。         　　“我们养殖的多宝鱼，一般一年左右就能出池，一个月能卖两次，一次卖3000多斤，有时5000多斤，一个大棚一年产值200余万元。现在的多宝鱼市场不错，我很有信心打开一片新天地。”王思远自信地说。         　　兴城地区的多宝鱼，肉质鲜美，营养价值高，消费者的认可度越来越高。王思远说，自己经营多宝鱼养殖场两年多以来，产品大部分卖给贵州、广东、甘肃、江西、天津等地，客户普遍满意。         　　多宝鱼市场逐渐回暖，订单越来越多，王思远与员工信心大增。他说，充分利用徐大堡镇得天独厚的优势，在大力保护海洋环境的同时，扩大生产规模，与同行一道，养殖出优质、鲜美的多宝鱼，“跃”向更广的市场。
